Advanced Diploma of Project Management, IAMA Accredited Mediator, Diploma in Quality Auditing, 50211 & 50111 Diploma in Training and Assessment, TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Government Management. Actively and continuously working in the VET sector for over the past 25 years, consciously and consistently influencing training design, delivery and assessment, in training package development and compliance within the industry. Established and extensive knowledge of processes in the Vocational Training and Education environment.

Rita Piscitello - Project and Administration Officer

Bachelor Economics, Graduate Diploma Economics, Certificate IV Small Bus Management, Diploma Business Management, Cert III Investment Services, Food Handling Supervisor TAE40110 Certificate IV Training & Assessment, Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety and completing the BSB50920 Diploma of Quality Auditing.
Rita joined Education & Training in 2010. She has a background in insurance and Work-Cover and has completed qualifications in Economics, Business Management and Information Systems. Rita manages the student enrolments, and the online development and processing of schedules and information for the staff and students. She also maintains the compliance of the training for the RTO.

Ann Tattersall – Senior Education and Training Officer

Grad Dip Counselling Human Services, Grad Dip Ed. Dip T, Dip AOD, TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Ann has been working in the Health and Community sector for 30 years, and in the AOD sector since 1991. Ann has worked as an AOD counsellor with young people and adults and her work as a trainer has involved project management of state-wide projects including the development and delivery of vocational training to AOD and community services workers. Ann provides training of the units from a unique position of engaging and practical skills to enhance the student’s real life experiences in the workplace.TAE40116

Rob joined Education and Training in February 2021, coming with over 30 years’ experience in First aid and Paramedics with the volunteer, non-emergency and emergency ambulance services. He has taught first aid and health care related subjects including the Diploma of Paramedic sciences in the volunteer, ambulance services, hospital and RTO settings, and along with his real life experience brings a wealth of knowledge to Uniting.
